Generally, we will choose the optimal courier service for you depending on your destination, but of course, you can also contact us to choose your preferred courier service.

1. Order confirmation and shipping

When you placed order online and completed the order payment, you will receive the confirmation email within 1 hour.

Generally, the order will be shipped within 72 hours after the order confirmed during business days. You will receive a shipping information by email with a tracking number for tracing the order.

 

2. Shipping Description

We only ship to the United States currently, if there is any need for shipping to other countries, please contact us directly.

Shipping costs within the United States consist of two parts:

1. Fixed base shipping cost $15.00

2. $5.00 per kilogram of weight

Thus, the shipping fee will be $15.00 of the fixed base shipping fee plus $5.00 for each kilogram.

E.g. Your order is 5 kg, and the freight will be $15.00+($5.00*5)=$40.00

 

3.Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time

We make every effort to ensure that in-stock products are shipped within 72 hours during business days once order confirmed.

1. Estimated delivery time to USA: 2-7 Business Days
2. Estimated delivery time to other countries: 8-12 Business Days
3. Please note that all delivery times are estimates under normal circumstances, but ultimately depend on international courier timelines and local customs/duties

2. Please make sure that the address and contact number you provide to us for delivery are accurate so that the carrier can contact you smoothly for delivery.

3. We currently ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.

4. Customized products may take more time to ship and we will consult with you via email or phone on the exact delivery time.

5. If you purchase multiple items from the mall, we will combine courier packages to save your shipping costs.

6. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays are usually shipped within 72 hours of the end of the holiday.

7. Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred.

8. All products and freight quotes are in US dollars (USD). Shipping methods and time depend on the destination.
